Project: Stansgate obtained planning permission for an additional block of flats in the grounds of an existing three-storey block.  Stansgate then won a further permission on appeal for the erection of a mansard extension to the existing block, providing 2 two-bedroom flats and 2 one-bedroom flats, overcoming the Council’s objections regarding over-development of the site and lack of communal amenity space.
