Project: The site had been earmarked for many years in the Solihull UDP as an area for the expansion of the National Exhibition Centre.  This effectively sterilised the development of the site for any other purpose.  Stansgate successfully argued in the context of the review of the UDP that the site should be reallocated for general business purposes.  Outline planning permission has now been granted for an 8,800 square metre office development.
