Project: Lead consultant in the preparation of a Masterplan, accompanied by a Section 106 Obligation, setting out and controlling the existing and future uses of the Airfield.  Existing uses include aviation, motorsports, open air market and car boot, various industrial and storage uses, aviation museum, and driver/rider training facilities.  Land allocations included in the Masterplan for future aviation related development, employment, and storage uses.
