Project: Working as part of a project team, which included architects, transport consultants, ecologists and landscape architects, Stansgate advised on the form and approach to the planning application, preparation and co-ordination of supporting statements, input into preparation of Green Travel Plan, and negotiations with County and District Councils.  Planning permission was secured from the local planning authority for a substantial new manufacturing facility and related developments.  It is one of a number of projects the practice has handled at Gaydon, including more recently a large new office building for Jaguar Land Rover.
