Project: The site, which has a long history of being used for research, development and testing of aircraft and vehicle components and systems, had been acquired by Prodrive for the development and testing of cars in connection with their automotive technology and motorsport interests.  The project undertaken by Stansgate was to gain planning permission to extend the use of the facility to allow a wider range of vehicle demonstration and testing plus driver training and experience events for corporate, customer and private clients using high speed, adverse handling, and 4x4 courses, and skidpan.
