Project: Stansgate was involved over a long period in the design of a Master Plan for the redevelopment of All Saints Hospital and in securing planning permission for its phased implementation.  The total site area was 17 ha and the scheme achieved a high density urban development in a canalside location, securing almost 300 dwellings, a prison extension and a new mental health facility as well as public open space.
