Project: Stansgate undertook work to secure the reallocation of an employment site and the re-use of a Listed Building for housing.  The work involved submissions to the review of the District Local Plan and, having heard evidence given at a hearing session at the local plan inquiry, the Inspector recommended that the site should be re-allocated in its entirety for residential development.  The local planning authority has accepted the inspector’s recommendation.
