Project: The Shenley Cricket Centre is in the Metropolitan Green Belt where strict constraints apply to new development that would adversely affect its openness.  There was a need to extend the existing facilities to maintain the role of Shenley Cricket Centre as a national and international cricket venue.  Stansgate has been able to negotiate with the local planning authority to secure a planning permission for major extensions to the existing club house which will achieve these objectives.
