Project: Stansgate, working with a team of architects, urban designers and highway consultants, has recently obtained planning permission on appeal for a mixed use scheme on this key gateway site to Stratford upon Avon town centre. The scheme includes 197 dwellings, retail and commercial floorspace, a bus/rail interchange, and significant areas of new public realm. Stansgate, as well as providing expert planning advice and evidence at the public inquiry, co-ordinated the appeal and negotiated a Section 106 undertaking for affordable housing provision and community contributions.
