Project: This nursery site was located in a village outside Stratford-upon-Avon where development of additional housing in this village would normally have been contrary to planning policy.  Stansgate successfully guided its redevelopment for a mixture of private and social housing, and justified it through the removal of a use that was causing nuisance to local residents and through the quality of the redevelopment scheme.
