Worked for three local authorities between 1993 and 2003. He joined Stansgate Planning in 2003, becoming Director in 2014. His projects have included major residential development, waste management, marina developments, equestrian, holiday parks, residential care homes, houses in multiple occupation, solar energy and urban regeneration proposals. For over 20 years he has been an expert witness at many public inquiries for public and private sector clients, specialising in residential development appeals.

Worked for 18 years in both urban and rural local government development management teams and from 2007 was Planning Manager at Stratford-on-Avon District Council, before joining Stansgate Planning in 2016 as an Associate Director and becoming a Director in 2018. She works on a wide range of development projects, including industrial and residential development proposals, self-build and custom house building sites and enforcement, appeals and site promotion work.

Worked for five local planning authorities over a period of 13 years, including Major Projects Team Leader at Horsham District Council and Development Manager at Milton Keynes Council. Helen Joined Stansgate in September 2022 as an Associate Director, following four years working in private consultancy in Milton Keynes. She has a wide knowledge base with particular experience in residential developments, education projects, affordable housing delivery and planning law matters.

Now a Principal Planner, she is highly experienced in all aspects of planning work, including development management, enforcement, lawful use certificate applications, appeals work and site promotion.

Began her career at Stratford-on-Avon District Council in 2016 before joining Stansgate in May 2022. Whilst working at the Council, Louise dealt with a varied caseload which ranged from householder planning applications to major development schemes and included residential, commercial, agricultural/ equestrian and tourism related development. She also has experience in lawful development certificates, prior approval applications and appeals work.
Rola Eldahouk

Joined Stansgate in June 2018 as the team’s planning technician. Working with a variety of computer aided design software, she can provide plans, drawings and bespoke technical work in support of planning application submissions and other projects.
