This former nursery site is located in a village outside Stratford-upon-Avon where development of additional housing, other than small-scale schemes, would normally have been contrary to planning policy.
Stansgate successfully guided its redevelopment for a mixture of market and affordable housing, and justified it through the removal of a use that was causing nuisance to local residents and through the quality of the redevelopment scheme.
