Stansgate Planning, working on behalf of the landowners has continued a long standing involvement in this site and secured the removal of land from the Green Belt and its allocation together with adjacent land for employment purposes in the adopted Core Strategy.

Stansgate Planning, working with other professionals, was successful in achieving outline planning permission for employment development in July 2017 and is now working with the selected developers in preparing detailed proposals for the site.
