Over the past 30 years, Stansgate has obtained a number of planning permissions for the diversification of the business of A E Beckett & Sons at Heath Farm, Wythall.
These have included a replacement farm shop and restaurant, subsequent permissions to enlarge the building, a motel, a golf driving range, and a retail warehouse.
