Stansgate secured planning permission in 2016 for the modernisation and extension of the golf clubhouse, erection of a 13 bed hotel and accommodation lodges, replacement greenkeeper sheds, reorganisation of the car park, landscaping and an ecology island at Feldon Valley Golf Course, situated in the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (Architect: Design Engine).
