Working for the landowner (Jumbuk Ltd) Stansgate secured planning permission for two drive-through Class A5 restaurants and another Class A3 unit adjacent to the ring road around the centre of Stourbridge.
The Class A5 units are occupied by McDonalds and KFC, and the A3 unit by Costa. The units opened for business in 2017.
