Stansgate has an established working relationship with Aston Martin Lagonda, having assisted in securing permission for the company’s manufacturing facility at Gaydon and for a number of subsequent developments including a design studio, and a brand centre and dealership on the site.
Most recently Stansgate handled a planning application for a major extension to the main production building, now constructed, and achieved the allocation of adjacent land in the Core Strategy for future expansion.
