Stansgate has helped secure allocation of a mixed residential and commercial development on approximately 44 hectares of land to the west of the centre of Bridgnorth, in the Shropshire Site Allocations Document.
Stansgate worked closely with the landowner and other consultants to masterplan a scheme to meet local housing and employment needs.
Stansgate presented evidence at the Shropshire Core Strategy and SAMDev hearings and worked with the Council on local consultation events. An evidence base is now being prepared to support a planning application.
