This scheme involved the conversion and restoration of a Grade II listed building, formerly occupied by a mail order company (Kay’s of Worcester), into 46 two bedroom apartments.
Located to the north of Worcester City Centre, the restoration has saved an important local building and has also significantly enhanced the amenities of the area.
