After obtaining various planning permissions for the diversification of the agricultural business into industrial and commercial development, Stansgate subsequently obtained permission for new agricultural buildings and won an appeal for a new agricultural worker’s dwelling to serve these buildings.
Planning permission was granted in 2017 for the conversion of more agricultural buildings to a Material Reclamation Facility, large enough to recycle up to 100,000 tonnes of waste a year.
