Working with others on behalf of St Francis Group (Aldridge) Ltd, Stansgate Planning secured a hybrid planning permission for the redevelopment of a derelict and contaminated heavy industrial site.  The submitted application was for the demolition of all existing buildings, provision of roads and other infrastructure, and outline permission for the construction of up to 22,703sqm of new buildings (use Classes B1, B2 and B8) and associated works.
