Stansgate Planning has helped secure a large mixed use development involving residential, neighbourhood centre and supermarket, and a waste transfer station in Bridgend.

Stansgate has maintained its involvement in the area by promoting adjacent land for a mixed residential and business development and securing its formal allocation in the adopted Bridgend Local Development Plan.

Stansgate is presently assisting with outline proposals for the development of the land in conjunction with other specialists and advisers.
